Right Brain
Stan’s career, and life, has truly “diverged in a yellow wood.” His love of creating in the medium of wood didn’t take hold until he was 30 at his first carpentry class. While his classmates were perfecting dovetail joints, Stan dreamt outside the drawer boxes. He put himself to yet another personal test – build a fiddle. He did and it was actually playable.
Today Stan is the visionary of a one-of-a-kind custom homebuilder, who also custom builds furniture, cabinetry, playhouses for children’s hospitals and six-foot skateboards. What will be next?

Jeff is perseverance. Growing up in Wisconsin he worked the fields of his neighbor’s 9,500-acre farm for “fun.” He earned his civil engineering degree against the judgment of the dean of engineering, who suggested he reevaluate his career path. He paid for his college tuition by working full-time as an estimator (one of his special gits). He moved to the North Carolina mountains, where he built structurally complex houses in demanding weather conditions.
All that perseverance has made Jeff an atypical engineer. He’s helped build a company focused on the principles of honesty and integrity. He believes in giving back, and back and back.

You can count on Charlotte. And you can take her at her word because she shoots straight. Part of that comes from her time working for a retired Air Force Colonel, who inspired and demanded her to be at her best at all times. The other part comes from her devotion to family, friends and animals.
She runs the office as efficient as a retired Air Force Colonel with the soft touch of a grandmother.

Mike Davids is the spark in the firm. A true self-starter with a fascination of how things work, Mike grew up on Long Island in a family of carpenters. Thus at an early age he began to cultivate his unique eye for identifying and creating new techniques to achieve better outcomes. At age 20 he was leading his own framing crew and at age 23 started his own framing company building some of the most complex homes in the Lake Norman area.
In his spare time, Mike puts his skills to use for good, organizing and leading trips to Appalachia where he helps repair and rebuild homes in one of the most poverty stricken areas of West Virginia with an organization called Appalachian Service Project.

Secret Sauce
Bryant is the secret sauce of Stanwick-Dunham. The principles and discipline he brings to the Project Manager role win admiration from clients and teammates alike. A true construction savant, Bryant grew up around the industry on Lake Wylie and graduated in 2013 from Appalachian State University with a degree in construction management.
Bryant married his college crush, Madisson, and returned to Charlotte where he established his career running large renovation and new home projects. In his free time Bryant enjoys exercising, volunteering at his church, traveling with Madisson and chilling out with his Bulldog, Monkey.
